We are dedicated to supporting retailers across the Nordic countries, whether you cater to individuals or businesses. With an extensive range of over 3,000 products across eight different categories, we are confident in providing everything you need to meet the demands of your customers. Our current retailers include office supply stores, warehouses, supermarkets, bookstores, online shops, and other stores specializing in office materials and related products. Whatever your business type, we have something that suits you - from products for home offices and workplaces to educational institutions and packaging accessories for logistics operations.

We take pride in offering over half of our assortment from well-known and established brands, and in many cases, we are exclusive distributors on our main market. Our aim is to collaborate with leading brands in their respective segments to offer you, as a retailer, familiar products that your customers will love. To strengthen brand awareness and marketing efforts, we actively engage in campaigns, store materials, and targeted marketing towards end consumers.

Furthermore, we own several brands that we market on our main market. These brands offer a wide range of essentials for schools, home offices, and workplaces. Our focus is to make purchasing and logistics as easy as possible for you. We stock almost our entire assortment at our main warehouse in Arlöv and offer fast deliveries and favorable terms to help you optimize your inventory.

For brand owners and manufacturers, we offer a comprehensive distribution network in the Nordics, along with a long-term distribution partner actively working on brand management and marketing through various sales channels. We maintain close cooperation with around 1,500 retailers within the segments of specialty stores, office supply retail, department stores, and online commerce, serving both B2C and B2B segments across the Nordic region.

Our strategy involves exclusive distribution agreements with internationally renowned brands, which we combine with our diverse range of private labels to create an attractive assortment. We view ourselves as a stable and long-term distribution partner with active channel management and targeted marketing to strengthen your brand. Our extensive experience in brand management and marketing, both towards retailers and end consumers, has positioned us strongly in the market.

We believe in personal contact and closeness to our customers. Therefore, we maintain a comprehensive sales organization with field sales representatives and inside sales personnel to ensure our presence in our main market.

We take pride in our modern business and logistics system, guaranteeing high quality and service in our dealings with our retailers.

Our history

Our history began in 1986, and for over 30 years, we have established ourselves as a reliable player in distribution and trade with office materials in the Nordic market.


1986: Acquired the bankrupt estate of Börge HM Nilsson AB and restructured it into a sales company.

1987: The company changes its name to Nya Börge HM Nilsson AB and signs its first agency agreements.

1988: A challenging start as our neighbor experiences a fire, causing extensive smoke damage to our warehouse. The search for new premises begins!

1989: The company changes its name to BN Svenska AB and inaugurates new premises.

1991: We initiate our electronics expansion with products from Brother and SHARP.

1994: B.N.T becomes an agent for Texas Instruments on the Swedish market, which remains one of our most influential brands to this day.

1997: Our new premises, including a 1000m² warehouse on Företagsvägen 30, are inaugurated.

1999: We launch our first brand, BN Line, which becomes the cornerstone of our current BNT/Office assortment.

2003: We acquire Tenzab in Örebro, marking the beginning of our Packaging & Shipping product area.

2004: Our export venture begins with dedicated personnel in Denmark and Norway. We change our name to B.N.T Scandinavia AB.

2008: Through acquisitions, B.N.T becomes an agent for the brands STABILO & Folia in Sweden.

2009: We move to our current property with a 5000m² warehouse, managing over 3,500 shipments per month.

2012: We introduce our new assortment strategy with fewer product categories and more focused marketing.

2013: We expand our collaboration with Texas Instruments to cover the whole of Scandinavia, and we become agents for Fellowes.

2014: B.N.T becomes a distributor for Filofax and Letts products in the Scandinavian market, with an expected turnover of approximately 120 million SEK.

2017: Together with Sem & Stenersen AS, we establish our Norwegian subsidiary, b.n.t Scandinavia AS, doubling our turnover in Norway.

2019: We commence cooperation with the legendary brand Moleskine, becoming the exclusive distributor in Sweden and Denmark.

2022: Our assortment is expanded with the Spanish brand MILAN.

We have over 30 dedicated employees.
Our assortment includes about 3,000 products across 8 product categories.

We take pride in our AAA credit rating according to Soliditet, as well as our Gold credit rating according to UC. Additionally, we are members of the Swedish industry organization KEPA and the Danish industry organization KONPA. We are also associated with REPA, FTI, and Elkretsen to actively contribute to sustainability and responsibility in our operations. Since 2023 we are also FSC certified!
